Micha made a beautiful vegetarian Thanksgiving: savory pumpkin pie, black pepper sprouts, beet salad, two-bean soup, cornbread, and two kinds of cranberry sauce (one citrusy and one with szechuan pepper and habanero!). My one contribution was the orange and passion fruit jello. 

 

 

I asked him if I could take a picture where he wasn't making murder face but he said no. :) 

 

Happy early Thanksgiving! The kids will be with their dad on the day, so we had our usual Thanksgiving on the Sunday before.

We went out for Waffle House after to celebrate. The real celebration, though, was that the issue protecting abortion rights passed!
