This week's baking project was Ari's 17th birthday cake! Based on the cartoon The Owl House.

Did you know that okra blossoms are gorgeous?

Potato blossoms are also very pretty.

Out in the woods again this weekend... they had a nice display of reptiles and amphibians which we enjoyed after our 18 holes of mini golf. I don't think there are that many state parks in Ohio with mini golf courses? But we have now been to two.

Also, and this is very important- I beat Owain at the mini-golf by ONE STROKE.

Out in the woods. We got an AirBnB in the Kokosing river valley, and went hiking up at Mohican one of the days.

Micha was a Disney princess. 

It was actually perched on my shoe while we walked for like, 15 minutes, and then I asked Micha if he could get it off me so I didn't have to worry about squishing it, and it didn't seem much interested in leaving his finger either.

This bridge was very shaky.
