Cream puffs filled with strawberry pastry cream 🍓

The pastry cream was flavored with powdered freeze dried strawberries, which was delicious, but it did make the pastry cream difficult to pipe (I had to stir in a lot of milk to compensate).

Spice cupcakes with fudge frosting and ganache details. Kids and I traded off doing all of the different parts of the piping (boy, piping with that star tip makes your hand cramp up in short order if you don't have strong hands)
